To equate a fine upstanding businessman such as Randy Loren with those kinds of people, is mean spirited and disgusting. I would expect nothing less from the he/she monkeys. You both are vile persons, and when Dolce Vita has it's grand opening our family will be drinking a fine wine toast to your eventual removal from these boards. Keeping people informed on the status, who may want to visit the restaurant, is not unreasonable. Personally I give a crap becuase I know Randy and also want to try the place when they reopen. I thought the forum was for sharing information, and thought that's what this thread was doing? When I visit other threads that have no interest or I feel are a little inane, I just move on....don't post for others to get a life...just use my right of choice and MOVE ON without being told to. We all have that right, don't we?

I couldn't agree more. Our family is eagerly waiting the opening of Mr. Loren's restaurant. Be a real business man! Any installer/contractor/subcontractor, etc, for crying out loud! Find out if they are a member of the local chamber of commerce, look them up on the BBB site, I don't know if I trust Angie's but it can't hurt. Call the local municipality where the installer is and ask whether such work would require a licensed person to do the work, find out if they have a license, find out if there are any black marks. Call the state attorney general's office to inquire about complaints, call law enforcement agencies, Ask to see their insurance certificate, then look up the insurance company and find out first if the insurance company is legit and if so is the alleged policy legit. Ask for history of claims.
