It should be interesting to see...The argument has been equal rights for everyone (for a marriage license)...that has now been addressed. Same- Sex couples can get a marriage license without the church being involved at all. Since the church is a private entity, it should be able to perform or not perform marriage ceremonies based on its doctrine.

The church doesn't have to marry them... but many will, and so will many JP or Judges.
