If you don't like the rules, don't play the game.

Fighting for the enemy that probably killed many of his friends overseas is playing a game to you? How would you feel if the president said you were now supposed to help the Vietcong when the day before your best friend had his guts spilled out by them, would you still take orders and be a good little b1tch.

Much of what the Marines did in Vietnam is to help the local villagers.  Many of these villagers
fathers, sons and husbands were Viet Cong.  They were offered the same medical care as the
villagers whose fathers, sons and husbands were ARVN.

Good thing Obama is going to Congress otherwise his actions would have been an impeachable offence.

Too bad Obama won't call Congress back early, but then again, it would take away 9 days of golf.

Was I talking about family no, I was talking about aiding and fighting for the Vietcong, would you have obeyed orders to help them after watching your friends just get killed by them.

Arab states call for international action against Syrian regime

Quoted Text
At an Arab League meeting in Cairo on Sunday, foreign ministers passed
a resolution pressing the United Nations and the global community to “take the
deterrent and necessary measures against the culprits of this crime that the
Syrian regime bears responsibility for,” according to Reuters.
The ministers also concluded that those responsible for the lethal chemical
weapons attack should face trial just like other “war criminals.”

Unconstitutional or not is left up to the Supreme Court, not some snuffy in the Navy.

Again, you confuse UNLAWFUL with UNCONSTITUTIONAL.  If you know an order is UNLAWFUL you
have an obligation not to follow that order.

Henry and Cissy must be confusing the military with our local OathCreapers who decide
what laws they want to follow or those that they can ignore.

Ahhh...The soldier...Takes an oath to defend the Constitution, but is unable and incapable to determine on his own when it's attacked or by who.  What's the point of the oath?  So if the Supreme Court decides that free speech zones are legal to establish and anybody protesting outside these zones are breaking laws and political dissidents are jailed, the soldiers can't question a Supreme Court justice's ruling because the Supreme Court justice costume out ranks the soldiers costume?

Any American citizen can question a Supreme Court decision and probably has even more access to
the President of the United States than most civilians.
A constitutional question could (if necessary) go to the Commander in Chief, something that
civilians don't have.

Cissy... you really should have paid attention in your FORCED EDUCATION.  You wouldn't embarrass
yourself so often.

Look up "request mast"... and you might learn something.
Learn Something??? Cicero???
Never mind, your years of resisting any education has left you immune to any information that doesn't
fit your agenda.

For others who may be interested.
USMC Request Mast, background:

The right of all Marines to directly seek
assistance from, or communicate grievances to their commanding
officers is established in Articles 0820c and 1151.1 of reference
(b) and paragraph 2805 of reference (c), and is exercised through
the formal process of Request Mast.
Request Mast includes both
the right of the Marine to communicate with the commander,
normally in person, and the requirement that the commander
consider the matter and personally respond to the Marine
requesting mast.
Request Mast provides a Marine the opportunity
to communicate not only with his or her immediate commanding
officer, but also with any superior commander in the chain of
command up to and including the Marine’s commanding general.

(and if necessary, the Commander in Chief)

Do you have access to the President of the USA Cicero???
If necessary, any Marine does.

You're kidding right?  A soldier's oath to defend the Constitution means the ability to file grievance with the officers that were politically appointed by the person or party that is most likely subverting the Constitution?  That would be like a private in the German army grieving to Heinrich Himmler about the illegal invasion of Poland, and Himmler assuring him that he brought the grievance all the way up to Hitler, and Hitler confirmed it was legal.  "Now go back to the front lines and kill some Pollocks".

Officers appointed???  Jezzzzzzzzzzz Cissy READ SOMETHING BEFORE YOU POST ON IT!

The only officers who are "appointed" are the Joint chiefs of staff, and they are appointed
as "ADVISORS" to the president.
(It's so tiring trying to educate the unwilling, but I persist in spite of the obstacles!)

Quoted Text
Joint Chiefs of Staff do not have operational command authority,
neither individually nor collectively, as the chain of command goes from the
President to the Secretary of Defense, and from the Secretary of Defense
to the Commanders of the Combatant Commands.
