Hmmm...Then the Congressmen and women elected to represent DC and Maryland should be sued by their constituents for not filing impeachment articles against the president.  That is after all the role of congress, to remove unconstitutional Presidents.

Does anybody bother to learn civics anymore?

Form a select committee in Congress and conduct an investigation and find PROOF.  Think Watergate.  That's how Presidents are removed in this system of government. DUH!!!!!
