One of the emails that triggered the FBI probe into Hillary Clinton’s server contained classified intelligence from three different agencies, Fox News has learned – which could mean the State Department violated a President Obama-signed executive order by authorizing its release.
That 2009 order, EO 13526, lays out the rules for "classifying, safeguarding and declassifying national security information." It states that the authority to declassify rests with the intelligence agency that originated the information.
"Information shall be declassified or downgraded by … the official who authorized the original classification ... [or] the originator's current successor," the order says.
One of the two emails that sparked the FBI probe was an April 2011 email from Clinton confidant Huma Abedin that, Fox News has learned, contained intelligence from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the National Security Agency (NSA), and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), which oversees aerial imagery, including satellites.
The state department is not the FBI...and that "report" sounds more like an editorial and wishful thinking. The only sites I see reporting Hillary is in the clear are liberal and democratic leaning sites. I haven't seen anything from any of the major news organizations..

Additionally, in 2014, President Barack Obama signed changes to the Federal Records Act that explicitly said federal officials can only use personal email addresses if they also copy or send the emails to their official account.
Because these rules weren’t in effect when Clinton was in office, "she was in compliance with the laws and regulations at the time," said Gary Bass, founder and former director of OMB Watch, a government accountability organization.

I never expected Hillary to be indicted.....At best, it shows a level of ignorance of data security, at worst it indicates that she prefers personal control over state of the art cyber security and confidentially... either way, its indicative of someone unfit to handle the nations most sensitive information.

“Now, I don’t think that anybody here at the Clinton campaign is going to say that members of, say, Chairman Gowdy’s staff should have their computers confiscated for having possibly trafficked in classified material,” he said. “I don’t think we would say that. I have seen almost total data recovery after being completely wiped.
Competent IT can do and do it everyday. Also clones drives can be used to replace the drive that had the questionable emails. A lot of technology exists to thwart recovery of data that people don't want to have recovered.

someone told me to do that, but said there is still a 'very small' chance that some things can be retrieved. Someone suggested boiling the hard drive. anyone ever hear of that?
