Pope Francis jumped into the migrant children debate the US is having and demanded that these children are welcomed and protected instead of being immediately sent back home. There are many Catholic politicians and pundits like Bill O'Reilly who not only want to turn the children away, but are demanding a military response and presence to be included in controlling the border.

Here's the difference...The vast majority of the border violators are children...they cannot and will not be able to be gainfully employed for YEARS. Most of them have no family in the US. They WILL be a burden to our social system. There is a legal process to immigrate..in fact 6.1 MILLION people are in that process... but, f*** it, lets just tell them to have a coke and a smile while we deal with people that don't think they should have to wait.
