Cicero never gets it right. Do you think it's a mistake or do you think that Cicero purposely distorts the truth for his evil agenda?
Promoting violence against the police... Overthrow the US Govt by force... posting video of a policeman being shot, (then laughing about it), promoting armed militia with the purpose of overthrowing US & State law enforcement. etc etc etc. Yea they were promoting Right Wing Violence.
Evil agenda? Not trying to distort, trying to understand what you posted. Your post read like you were suggesting there were "sovereign citizens" on the message board promoting violence. I read the parentheses (and there are), to mean you were suggesting there were "sovereign citizens" on the board.

There may or may not be actual Sovereign Citizens here, (my guess is that there are or at least those who are 'sovereign citizen' wannabes.) My post was:

Quoted Text "If there were some perverted Sovereign Citizens members here, and they were promoting Right Wing Violence, (and there are) I am posting against their view."
SO... #1 "IF THERE WERE SOME PERVERTED SOVEREIGN CITIZENS HERE" What does "IF THERE WERE" mean to you? #2 "and they were promoting Right Wing Violence," (A qualifying statement) 3. "AND" (So they would have to be both sovereign and violent here) 4. "Promoting Right Wing Violence (And they are)" An armed take over of a court house... shooting police at random... promoting armed 'violent' overthrow of the government, (an act of treason)...
Yea. I stand by my post. Sorry it's too difficult for you to understand. I can explain it for you but I can't understand it for you.

These sovereign citizens you speak of want to overthrow the government? My little understanding of this movement based on what's on the Internet, is that they believe they are sovereign of government authourity. I've haven't read anything about an organized overthrow of government and taking power. Overthrowing the government really tarnishes that whole "sovereign" label. But...Then again....there is no shortage of stupid Americans.
BTW...You must of had a typo in your original post. On step 4, you quote yourself as saying "(And THEY are). When you really said "(And THERE are)". I'm sure it was just a typo.

IF there were some perverted GANG members here, and they were promoting gang violence, then I certainly would be posting against their view. And #1 If there were some perverted Sovereign Citizens members here, #3 and # 2they were promoting Right Wing Violence, (and#4 there are) I am posting against their view.
EVERYONE IS A SOVEREIGN HUMAN....unless one likes other humans to make choices for them....peas vs carrots; chocolate vs vanilla male vs female etc etc.....
once the government makes a regulation you cease to be a sovereign human and become a piece of sand on a beach with some kind of 'voting rights', given as a gift by the republic.
remember religion helps in this digestion of alternate reality by calling it humility/worship/'god's children' etc etc.....morphed into more bizarre talk of 'god set up the government to take care of all of us'....'it is for our own good' blah blah blah.....
the hippies use the same language only changing the name of the 'god' to meditation blah blah blah....
the question is...what comes first, the human or the citizen?

"The Unforgiven"
New blood joins this earth, And quickly he's subdued. Through constant pained disgrace The young boy learns their rules.
With time the child draws in. This whipping boy done wrong. Deprived of all his thoughts The young man struggles on and on he's known A vow unto his own, That never from this day His will they'll take away.
What I've felt, What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown. Never be. Never see. Won't see what might have been.
What I've felt, What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown. Never free. Never me. So I dub thee unforgiven.
They dedicate their lives To running all of his. He tries to please them all – This bitter man he is.
Throughout his life the same – He's battled constantly. This fight he cannot win – A tired man they see no longer cares.
The old man then prepares To die regretfully – That old man here is me.
What I've felt, What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown. Never be. Never see. Won't see what might have been.
What I've felt, What I've known Never shined through in what I've shown. Never free. Never me. So I dub thee unforgiven.

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
STOP BEING GOOD DEMOCRATS---STOP BEING GOOD REPUBLICANS--START BEING GOOD AMERICANS
The movement is rooted in racism and anti-Semitism, though most sovereigns, many of whom are African American, are unaware of their beliefs' origins. In the early 1980s, the sovereign citizens movement mostly attracted white supremacists and anti-Semites, mainly because sovereign theories originated in groups that saw Jews as working behind the scenes to manipulate financial institutions and control the government. Most early sovereigns, and some of those who are still on the scene, believed that being white was a prerequisite to becoming a sovereign citizen. They argued that the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, which guaranteed citizenship to African Americans and everyone else born on U.S. soil, also made black Americans permanently subject to federal and state governments, unlike themselves.

Lol...the Democratic Party enacted the Jim Crow Laws. Who have the sovereign citizens force to drink from separate water fountains? Talk about rooted it racism!LMAO

YUP! The SOUTHERN DEMS were the party of the KKK. Today though, it's reversed. Since the civil rights acts of the '60s, those CONSERVATIVE Democrats of the past are now Conservative Republicans in those states. Thanks for the history lesson.

Were? There are more minorities in prison and represent the majority of the prison population NOW then in the 1950's. You're welcome for the history lesson. Democrats lock up African Americans in record numbers. How many minorities do these "sovereign citizens" lock in a cage?

So, it's your contention, that it's the Democrats who are locking up minorities in "Record Numbers", and not the Republicans?

It's democrats that take credit for the civil rights act and claim to be the representatives of the African American community and fighting to end racism and inequality. Since that fight, MORE minorities make up the prison system. The government is locking up minorities in record numbers. You don't want to take credit for the explosion of African Americans incarcerated since the 1950"s?
Ahhhh...That's typical politics...Take credit for what is perceived to be "good", and spread the blame on anything perceived "bad". Don't let reality get in the way.

I (as a Democrat) will take credit for the civil rights acts of the 60's and I'm proud of it.
In a time when the Senate and the House are controlled by one party, (the Republicans) it will be interesting to see just how much they do about correcting this problem. As you well know, it's congress who passes legislation... the president has no power to pass laws.

As you well know, the executive branch enforces and prosecutes the laws.(or not enforce laws - see immigration and Obamacare debate). Also, as you know, laws are written to apply to everyone equally, it is the executive branch that chooses WHO to target when enforcing the law. So the president, governors, mayors, district attorney's decide to prosecute or not prosecute laws, and who and who not to target. So, it would be a safe bet that Blue States with democratic controlled legislatures and governors have an equal representation of races and ethnicities in their prisons. Because Democrats are the party of the Civil Rights Act, it would be hypocritical to lock African Americans up at a higher rate than whites then BEFORE the civil rights act passed - wouldn't it?
DHS intelligence report warns of domestic right-wing terror threat
... The Homeland Security report, produced in coordination with the FBI, counts 24 violent sovereign citizen-related attacks across the U.S. since 2010
Less attacks by sovereigns than by abortion extremists.
Why do American law enforcement authorities regard a fringe ideology of homegrown radical nutjobs as the country's top terrorist threat, instead of Islamic extremists?
Quoted Text
According to a recent study conducted by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Response to Terrorism (START), which surveyed 364 officials from 175 law enforcement agencies, America's top perceived terrorist threat is an ideological subculture of extreme opposition to the government known as the sovereign citizens movement. The START survey found that 86 percent of respondents either agreed or strongly agreed that sovereign citizens present a serious terrorist threat, compared to 67 percent that said so of Islamic extremists.

well yeah...They are law enforcement workers taking the survey. They know they will never see an "Islamic extremist", but there is real chance they will come across somebody that may not comply with their demands, and defend themselves when being chocked to death for selling an untaxed cigarette.
