WV 'Sovereign Citizen' Murders Three With AR 15
Monday there was another mass shooting in West Virginia, which turns
out to have been a sovereign citizen who had a dispute with his neighbors
over firewood. Instead of resolving the matter peacefully, he pulled out an
AR-15 and shot them all to death.

Erick Shute, 32, was arrested in Pennsylvania for the shootings of Jack Douglas,
Travis Bartley and Willie Bartley, as they chopped firewood in an area adjacent
to his property.

This isn't "terrorism" by definition. It is murder. A dispute over firewood isn't politically motivated. Unless there is some sort of firewood policy that I am unaware of. If murder over property disputes is an act of "sovereign citizens", then cripps and bloods are sovereign citizens. |

My understanding of "sovereign citizens" is that they are sovereign. Why would a sovereign citizen believe in the 2nd Amendment? That would be a contradiction of sovereign citizen. Not only did you fail when you posted this murder on a thread for terrorism, but now you are mixing sovereign with legal rights. You must be having a tough week after a gay Muslim democrat jihadist massacred 49 at a gay nightclub. |
