The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

two ways to remedy that...
1. A constitutional amendment that specifically addresses campaign contribution limits
2. Make all federal elections funded by a public funding pool only, no private contributions..that might have to be done via amendment also.

Although I don't like it, I have to agree with the SCOTUS decision, because it does IMHO, violate free speech. It's like putting a limit on how many houses or cars you can own....I don't like legislating from the bench...let's do this via the legislative process.

the politicians are the rich.from the little local ones all the way up the food chain.
it is our own need for narcassitic supply that feeds them.
who ya gonna vote for to be your leader?
why not lead yourself?
oh no the world will devolve into chaos without rich leaders and movie stars

How about a law that prohibits the media from raking in millions on election advertising.
it is a business that is too big to fail.
The media will not give, the politicians will not give, so of course the people will give one way or the other.

It must be that when someone makes money, the poor people all suffer for it, because there is finite money to go around. Right?

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

there is always infinite money to go around as the feds print....it's the cast system that they control via their
'progressive tax code' that assumes people's value.....

status quo is all they will ever do until the foundation is broken

It's no different than if they went into the state or federal treasury and took YOUR TAXPAYER DOLLARS.    Their theft now leaves
programs that we all use (yes even Cissy) underfunded or lacking in funds.  The program is then either cut, or unfunded, or taxes are
raised to pay for their theft.

No, the politicians are going into the treasury.  And when there isn't the money to pay for their programs, they borrow it.

The better example would be if you exhaust your personal savings paying for multimillion dollar vacations(Obama) and just keep on putting it on a credit card.

You have no problem with going into my pocket to pay for the shortfall.  Instead you blame off shore tax shelters.  I hope you don't hold any stocks in companies that use these shelters to give their shareholders higher returns.  You should take a hard look at your retirement portfolio and sell all those stocks.

Cissy works so hard to make something when there is nothing there.  He argues for fairness, while he
supports anarchy.  He points out failed government policy when he doesn't believe in any government
policy.

I never argued fairness.  That's your argument.(except when you justify your tax break).
