Graham's words.
You know when there is some kind of crazy person who commits a mass murder or kills his entire family or burns down a school full of kids... and afterwords everyone says: "he was a quite guy... he seemed so nice... we never expected something like this from him..."
If that deranged man happened to be Graham, no one would say that. Instead they'd say: "Yea if figures. Just look at his posts. He was always a deranged psychopath... it was just a matter of time."
Have your grandkids come down with cancer yet? I hope they do. You deserve it. I focus my intentions there. I hate communists that want to imprison and destroy me. You can only be so lucky to have it be your grandkids! |

By the way, I never claimed to be a nice guy. |

You misread my post if you think that anyone, anyone in the entire world, thinks that you are a 'nice guy'! Your words speak for you. You're a psycopath. |

the people who get all jacked up over ILLEGAL ALIEN WETBACKS continue to point to rule of law bla bla bla- conveniently forget that yes they are breaking a law a CIVIL law - like not paying back your student loan. You think maybe cops should start going door to door demanding money from delinquent student loan deadbeats.
People wish it was a federal CRIME but its not
the 'cops' do....they are the IRS and the gansta bankers......SHOW ME YOUR PAPERS AND YOUR CREDIT SCORE COMRADE as for illegal wetbacks or backbutts or backscratchers or front backs....I don't care right now...because when we have to leave the US because it becomes a 3rd world country and people don't want to wait to escape and we show up in canada...I become a greenback...right? |

Not paying back a student loan isn't a crime. The lender took a RISK and lost. Whether it's the government or a bank doing the lending. The lender gets a ROI, just like losing your money in the stock market, it's a gamble. I can't hold a corporation responsible when I have a negative rate of return on my investments. Why should lenders(bank or government) be able to jail the people who fail to give them their rate of return on theirs? People who wish it was a federal crime want to enslave people by having the individual take all the risk and eliminating the risk to the investor. |

So if a friend comes to you and asks you to loan them money because they need it for something, then it's okay if they don't pay you back, right? It was a risk you took, (charging them interest or not), right....so if you get no ROI or R of I, then it's OK, right! |

Correct! I took a risk! Actually, it is my personal philosophy that I lend money NOT expecting it back. If I get it back, GREAT. I found it saves a lot of friendships that way. |

Lend me $10k and I promise I'll pay it back when I can! PS - Your answer is expected because of where it would have gone otherwise!!!! Nice move, but don't believe you for a minute! |

PS, I don't care if you believe me. You are the type that chases around your friend for ten bucks. You'd have them jailed if you could. I'm not surprised. |

Wrong once again...thought you were more intuitive than that...but guess I am wrong again too!!!
Why are you speaking in riddles? Do you believe defaulting on a student loan should be a federal crime or not? I played your little roll playing game, now try to answer the question.(of course I know he won't, that forces him to defend his position, he is incapable) |

It's absolutely amazing, isn't it? They claim to hate big corporations and the 1% and looking out for the "little guy", but they want the federal government to collect the bankers debts with threats of jail. WOW! |

Treating this as a jailable offense is not a solution. Students have options on repayment to allow for it to be less burdensome, including total forgiveness of the loan. Students need to make every arrangement possible, because failure to repay these loans have long lasting impact, including loss of potential employment. Many employers do background and credit checks today, and those are decision points in the hiring process. Additionally, bankruptcy does not forgive student loans and wages can be garnished for the repayment. Treating this as a jailable offense does not make the investors whole, and considering the investors are those that save their money in banks, the banks themselves and all taxpayers, they all deserve to be made whole. Jailing someone will not make anyone whole nor does it benefit the student either...it harms them even further. IMHO |

"They"....seriously???? Assuming you are lumping me in that category. You just keep getting it wrong by trying to make me someone I'm not. Didn't realize that it's so important for you to know everything about me and fabricate who I am and what I stand for if I don't tell you the details you want....really kinda creepy! |
