how is that a loophole?
His wife's employer offered family health coverage as part of her benefits package...just like my employer does, and the vast majority of employers that offer health plans

Man, the lengths some will go to vilify someone else...

Vilify Cruz??? Um do you mean the Canadian?  The Castro sympathizer?  The Wall Street Shill?
Oh wait. Those assumptions are only aimed at Obama, not Republicans.

LOL... I guess you haven't watched MSNBC lately...

So, you consider being on your spouses health plan as a loophole? Boy, a lot of middle class families are using that loophole... we need to close it.

For the average American, using your spouse's health care plan is common.
For a TeaBagger who made his name by opposing affordable health care for those (like himself) who
loses his spouses health care coverage, Cruz's view is extreme.
He is for it for HIMSELF and HIS FAMILY,
But,
He OPPOSES it for those who need it (not millionaires like Cruz), and lose their family health care.

~  His Cuban dad would be a major issue if he were a Democrat...
~ His being born in Canada would be similar to the Birther Invented Scandal the GOP used against Obama,
if Cruz were a Democrat.
Cruz is a scumbag.

His Cuban dad would be a major issue if he was a viable candidate. You heard NOTHING about Obama's birthplace until he was close to being the nominee.

This should be a fascinating primary run...I expect Cruz and Huckabee to split the tea party and religious right vote. Jeb Bush is well financed but has the Romney-lite/Bush fatigue factor that probably won't excite the party.
Rand Paul will be caught in too many contradictions and will put his foot in his mouth too many times.
Santorum, Perry, Trump and Palin are jokes...If Scott Walker can prove he can win outside the midwest, IMHO, he has the inside track.

I think it comes down to Walker or Bush....although something tells Carly Fiorina will make enough noise in the Primaries to have a punchers chance...she would be a good VP candidate... An outsider with brains this time.

For your party, its a Hillary coronation...Warren is sitting in cat birds seat and should be able to get any job she wants in exchange for not running.

This would be a good time for "OTHER" to run.  An outsider with political pull and $$$ to finance his primary
run.  We might even get a viable Republican this time.

For Example???
Ted Cruz didn't pay his health care bills from his $millions, his wife's employer paid them... Now the
US Taxpayer will provide Cruz a low cost heath care insurance plan.

because EVERYONE is 'equal' not just the 'poor'....that's why taxing the 'rich' more to sustain social security is wrong....

everyone has equal access and shouldn't be penalized for either being rich or poor....people have what they have..

there are 'poor loopholes' and there are 'rich loopholes'........

the poor get 'reimbursed' IF they file taxes so the government can give them their pre-determined 'fair share' to bring them
'up' to an arbitrary number to survive on. where does that $$ come from?

the rich get deductions they HAVE to file taxes so the government can pay the above, again making sure the rich have their
'fair share' to pay their lawyers, comp insurance etc etc..who decides that value of $$?

they system is a cast system and the value is set.......people have what they have because they have what they have...the
problem lies in deterrents set up to control the masses...ie: debtors prison, rockefeller laws etc......

if you think democracy gives you all this then you are sadly mistaken....it's a constitutional republic that ONLY gives power
and face value to the government, you're a mule like the rest of us and each mule has a value-class.....

there is no 'fair share', that conversation is meant to divide much like the race card issue.....

so you see the AFFORDABLE CARE ACT is poorly worded.....AFFORDABLE IS SUBJECTIVE.....mob rules.

the tax 'payer' is also a subjective term....it's coercion to participate to uphold the republic which includes 74 wars across
the globe at any given time and has little to do with personal choice or care taking by said republic....however, the hippies
have given in to the removal of choice in exchange for communal coercion, ie: health insurance penalties and the like....

they wanted 'freedom' but made a web of  bizarre laws/regulations that infringe on the sovereign human which I find quite
strange considering free love was their motto and freedom from 'the man' was goal.....PRICELESS

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

STOP BEING GOOD DEMOCRATS---STOP BEING GOOD REPUBLICANS--START BEING GOOD AMERICANS

Rand Paul has been having a hard time in interviews lately, and everyone’s noticing. On Wednesday,
Fox News host Megyn Kelly addressed Paul’s behavior, and told him that he needed to get his act together
if he’s serious about succeeding in the presidential debates – because it’s only going to get harder.

Showing evidence of Paul’s inability to handle being in the hot seat, Kelly rolled footage of interviews where Paul
lost his cool – by showing previous interactions with NBC’s Savannah Guthrie and CNBC host Kelly Evans.
Kelly refers to Paul’s actions as either a “woman” issue or a “behavior” issue.

Rand's response:
Quoted Text
“When an interview’s contentious, and when an interview is full of a lot of opinion and
editorializing, and it’s a long-winded question that’s setting you up to say, ‘Well you know,
you’ve been beating your wife all these years and when are you going to stop beating your wife?,
’ it’s very difficult in those contentious interviews. I don’t think it makes for good TV on both sides.
And I do lose my cool, and I do lose my temper sometime, and I should be better at that.”

Rand Paul runs away from yet ANOTHER interview.

When the going gets tough, Rand Paul runs from the questions.

What is he afraid of???

The Senate Votes 56-43 To Confirm Loretta Lynch

Quoted Text
Ms. Lynch waited longer to be confirmed than the first 54 Attorneys General combined.
Longer than Attorneys General nominated by every President from George Washington to
Woodrow Wilson.
What should have been a quick confirmation would be anything but that. Instead, Ms. Lynch
became the first Attorney General nominee in history to be filibustered. Imagine that, the first
of 83 Attorneys General.

What can you expect from the GOP when a Black Woman is nominated.
