Yes... 1200 nationwide.  I checked for central Texas... there is one health center in 100 miles.

You didn't check the number of locations...1200 organizations, with 8000 actual locations...
Health centers aren't the only scarcity in central Texas... there's a whole lot of nothing out there...Planned parenthood sure isn't.. they are clustered in the major metro areas....

CVS/walgreens/walmart will be doing this now....Planned parenthood WILL disappear because the government can't afford
to defend it and honestly, shouldn't have to....the ACA is moving $$ into different hands.....

prostate checks will be done at walmart/CVS/walgreens clinics.....

you'll see....Planned parenthood will cease to be what it is....it will change it's label....

Oh for God's sake....there is no war on women.
it was another success by Gov Almighty to single out one group and using them as a voting block.
and a big money maker as well for the corporations that purchase dismembered babies and dissect them.
there is no war on women....Gov Almighty with the help of women, have created a war on BABIES....and a free pass for the 'baby daddys'.
we live under the culture of death...from killing babies, to wars, assisted suicide, to capital punishment!
God have mercy on our souls.

Yes bumbler, your denial is quite apparent.  You post it at every opportunity.
However the FACTS don't support your view.

women are not victims unless they ALLOW themselves to be.
and they have allowed the government to victimize them and use them for political positioning.
shame on them.

Yes... Women allowed the Republicans to cut funding to PP.
Blame the victim!

GOP's War on Women
1) Republicans not only want to reduce women's access to abortion care, they're actually trying to redefine rape. After a major backlash, they promised to stop. But they haven't yet. Shocker.

2) A state legislator in Georgia wants to change the legal term for victims of rape, stalking, and domestic violence to "accuser." But victims of other less gendered crimes, like burglary, would remain "victims."

3) In South Dakota, Republicans proposed a bill that could make it legal to murder a doctor who provides abortion care. (Yep, for real.)

4) Republicans want to cut nearly a billion dollars of food and other aid to low-income pregnant women, mothers, babies, and kids.

5) In Congress, Republicans have a bill that would let hospitals allow a woman to die rather than perform an abortion necessary to save her life.

6) Maryland Republicans ended all county money for a low-income kids' preschool program. Why? No need, they said. Women should really be home with the kids, not out working.
7) And at the federal level, Republicans want to cut that same program, Head Start, by $1 billion. That means over 200,000 kids could lose their spots in preschool.

Two-thirds of the elderly poor are women, and Republicans are taking aim at them too. A spending bill would cut funding for employment services, meals, and housing for senior citizens.

9) Congress just voted for a Republican amendment to cut all federal funding from Planned Parenthood health centers, one of the most trusted providers of basic health care and family planning in our country.

10) And if that wasn't enough, Republicans are pushing to eliminate all funds for the only federal family planning program. (For humans. But Republican Dan Burton has a bill to provide contraception for wild horses. You can't make this stuff up).

you're missing the objective.....PLANNED PARENTHOOD IS NOT A GOD..the republicans and democrats are make MILLIONS
on this 'war'....donation donation donation..not to mention free air time....

Planned parenthood will not exist as it currently does....the name will change and it will fade into the black.....

women will have what they need/want....THIS IS NOT A WAR.....this is a dog and pony show that's about to change the
stage around.....

victims ARE accusers until there is a judgement on the accused.....EQUALITY SHOULD BE EVERYWHERE....I can't believe
you are ok with changing the face of the human for advantage......really.....???? I'm going to accuse someone and then
the legal system as we know it will decide the guilt/consequence.....AFTER our legal system sorts it all out and there is closure
then the 'victim' can get 'victim therapy' as the 'criminal' can get 'criminal therapy'....I'm very surprised you buy into the
hokey pokey of word usage for advantage and playing the strings of the human mind.....

AGAIN....how about dad? is he staying home or did his momma not raise him to stay home with the kids?????

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WAR ON WOMEN THROUGH THE POLITICAL SYSTEM....IT'S MUCH MORE PERSONAL THAN THAT.

well said!
pp has just put the last nail in the coffin (what the 60's started) of the 'family'.
there is NO FAMILY which is the foundation of all civilization/society.
there is no structure.
there are no absolutes.
killing unborn children under the guise of freedom.
dismembering and selling baby parts under the guise of science.
taking over other countries under the guise of freedom.
it is a friggin free for all....if it feels right.....do it!!!
just like the serpent said.... ....and you shall be like God

But, but Bumbler... Isn't one party just like the other?
Isn't that what you've been preaching for years?
Why do you now suddenly seem to find it necessary to post against one party, and for the other
when they are exactly alike???
Can it be that you DO see a difference and you've just been BS'ing us all with your "there is no
difference" mantra???
Please explain!
