Yeah, you are right, that is kind of funny!

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

.bottom line is FDG and Godlewski have done nothing but blunders since in ofc.  .

And that is why rotterdamians will NOT vote another democon in! Funny ain't it...DM and her crew were rallying behind fdg and BG just 2 short years ago. DM gets booted from the senior gossip center and all hell breaks loose. So who will believe DM and crew now or ever again? Rotterdam is worse today then before the democons 'swept town hall'! They also will carry the black eye of their beloved fraudulent awol town clerk. And lets not forget that the rotterdam dem chair supported higher taxes for all rotterdamians for an ambulance service! OMG!

Rotterdamians are waiting breathlessly for the Spotlights weekly WIKILEAKS!!

Bob Godlewski and Frank DelGallo  LEFT the team ..  by their own words and actions .. and LONG BEFORE the senior center issue mentioned.  Bob and Frank are lone rangers -- they don't work with a team -- they caused their own problems.    They burned bridges and stabbed people in the back .. and then expect everyone to support their reelection. To that .. my response is ..  HELL NO.  Bill Cooke left the Democratic committee because he didn't get his way on an issue before the town committee.   All I will say is that the town committee DID WHAT WAS RIGHT in the matter.

The Democrats have a new leader and a new team of candidates ... and we REMAIN COMMITTED to the same principles (which we have always been committed to)  of good government, lower taxes and a better quality of life for all town residents.

Well if you want people with principles, you are part of the wrong gang.

Oh yeah.....principled individuals like George amewhore who wants an illegal zone change and then runs candidates against his party because he didnt get his illegal zone change...The same guy who gives buckets of money to DEMOCRATS in albany county!!!!! Such wonderful principles....

Or maybe you mean principles like McGoofy the guy who says the government shouldn't employ anyone...then sucks the government teat............

Or maybe it is the Town rep chair who preaches following rules and doing things the right way who A COURT FOUND BROKE THE LAW.....

Or maybe you mean principles like a guy who had no chance to keep his county leg seat so he ran for town board to try to hold onto any sense of power...

With principles like these I can't imagine why anyone would leave your party HAHAHA

A very uneducated sense of the dynamics and stats on the seat. Shows me you are a rank amateur on the political enrollments and voting patterns of District 4 and Rotterdam. But maybe it is because you fell off the turnip truck yesterday that you don't understand that the Dist 4 seat has a much better GOP enrollment than a town board seat. Google the Duanesburg town board and find out how many democraps get elected there. Now, go back and look at the 2005 numbers on the race and tell me why anyone would think it would be EASIER to win the town board seat than to win the seat with the more favorable enrollment with the two other GOP-leaning towns. The town seat is a much harder lift for a Republican than the Diestrict Four seat. You have a problem with homework! I feel bad that your education didn't prepare you better! Maybe that is why you constantly repeat stupid and nonfactual things without looking at and analyzing the numbers. Don't go into court like that. That is all GB has to say on the matter. The numbers are out there and published at the BOE. Simple electoral math. Lets see you go 2 for 3 with not counting primary victories! Not gonna' happennnnnnnnn! Because you are a quitter. Nothing worse than a quitter.

Look at the numbers...examine more closely. Enrollments, results. All four seats are vulnerable seats and can be won by the GOP MORE easily based on past results and current enrollments. JS didn't win Rotterdam in '05. He won b/c of very strong Duanesburg and Princetown numbers. He forsook that edge to run in a town where he lost previously. JS likes a challenge I think. I also think that the county gets old pretty quick, and it worth leaving the relative safety of an incumbency to run for a more satisfying job, even if it means a tougher run. And sometimes you lose. No one wins all the time unless they are 24/7 politicians and kiss butt 365. A citizen lawmaker has other obligations. Professional politicians are tough to beat but they are what is wrong with America.

It blows up the myth of some "easier" race. Numbers don't lie.
