$8k is about right.  That's less than paying the company attorney's to defend a frivolous claim and more than the woman could afford to pay her attorney.   It's a financial decision.

I agree with you 100%!! But i know the case 'personally' (honest I do).
And that is the way it went down..REALLY!!
And this happens more times than not!
I'm not saying that real cases of sexual harassment doesn't exist.
I'm just saying that some cases are just a money grab.
