There had to be more to it, because no court would have claimed that was sexual harassment! So for the company to pay here only $8k (peanuts), there had to be other issues, and for her to accept that little amount, she obviously understood she could never prevail on a sexual harassment charge. 2+2 doesn't equal 4 here.
I agree with you 100%!! But i know the case 'personally' (honest I do). And that is the way it went down..REALLY!! And this happens more times than not! I'm not saying that real cases of sexual harassment doesn't exist. I'm just saying that some cases are just a money grab. |
