A body was found at this location at Campbell and 12th in Schenectady Saturday. Police are investigating the death as a homicide.
SCHENECTADY -- Schenectady Police are investigating a death they are currently treating as a homicide.
Shortly before 7 a.m., police responded to the area of 2436 Campbell Ave. for a report of a male down. On arrival, they located one male with a gunshot would to the head next to the house. Fire department medics responded to the scene to treat the male, but he was pronounced dead at the scene
Police say the victim is Charles Dombrosky, 49, of Schenectady.
Members of the Schenectady Police Department’s Detective Division and the Evidence Technician Unit are currently investigating.
