Justice Antonin Scalia was without a doubt one of the best persons on the Supreme Court in history.  Not because of his ideology or votes cast on cases before the court.  He was simply put a brilliant intellect and jurist.  Even, Justice Ginsberg has said that.  His soul and  family are in my thoughts and prayers.

if the  dems REALLY thought they even had the slightest change at winning the presidential election.....they'd have no problem waiting until next January....when they think they'll pass the baton....yes?

The decision whether to order an autopsy is made after consulting with witnesses, police, medical personnel, and perhaps family.
