Scalia's body was still warm when the Rabid Right posted that he was MURDERED!

My Favorite Scalia quote:

Syllabus of Scalia's Court’s brief:
Quoted Text
Like most rights, the Second Amendment right is not unlimited.
It is not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and
for whatever purpose:
For example, concealed weapons prohibitions have been upheld under
the Amendment or state analogues. The Court’s opinion should not be taken to cast doubt on
longstanding prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill, or laws
forbidding the carrying of firearms in sensitive places such as schools and government buildings,
or laws imposing conditions and qualifications on the commercial sale of arms. [United States v.]
Miller’s holding that the sorts of weapons protected are those “in common use at the time” finds
support in the historical tradition of prohibiting the carrying of dangerous and unusual weapons.

philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Obama could submit the name of a Scalia clone and he still won't get it passed by the REPS.
Notice both sides stood up before the poor guy was even moved by hearse , to dig in their boots.
REPS don't care what Obama suggests...they just want to go against him, without even giving anyone
a chance that just might be a good choice.  Obama got in the REPS face by invoking his "constitutional responsibility"....BS.
Acknowledge the man who just dies, then go back to your office, figure out if you have viable and reasonable
candidates that could pass Congress and submit them for vetting and vote. Stop making it partisan, DEM or REP!
STOP PLAYING BS POLITECS PEOPLE AND START ACTING LIKE THE POSITIONS THAT WE HAVE ENTRUSTED YOU WITH!

JUST BECAUSE SISSY SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO...BUT HE THINKS IT DOES!!!!!

Justice Antonin Scalia was without a doubt one of the best persons on the Supreme Court in history.  Not because of his ideology or votes cast on cases before the court.  He was simply put a brilliant intellect and jurist.  Even, Justice Ginsberg has said that.  His soul and  family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Patrick Leahy is not impressed with Senate
Republicans after they promised to refuse to do their Constitutionally-mandated jobs.
After all, Leahy reminded them in a scathing Op-Ed, the American people “don’t have the
luxury of telling their bosses that they don’t want to do their jobs because they would
rather ‘delay, delay, delay.’”

Death Investigator: Scalia’s Death Probe ‘Very Troubling to Me’by Beth Karas | 11:14 am, February 17th, 2016

In Texas, when is an investigation required?

Under the Texas Criminal Procedure Code, Section 49.04, there are a number of scenarios that call for an investigation. One is where a “person dies without having been attended by a physician.” The death of Justice Scalia technically fits this definition.

In Texas, who decides whether to order an autopsy?

The purpose of an autopsy is to determine the cause and manner of death particularly under sudden or suspicious circumstances. In Texas, the medical examiner or justice of the peace acting as a coroner will assume jurisdiction and order an autopsy under certain circumstances. The decision whether to order an autopsy is made after consulting with witnesses, police, medical personnel, and perhaps family.
