The city's phones are on the fritz again today, according to Schenectady police. Last night around 9:30 p.m. the phone system that services the Police Department, Fire Department and Bureau of Services began experiencing technical difficulties, police said. Technicians have been working through the night to try to fix the system, but it remains down as of this morning. The police, fire and services departments are not able to receive incoming calls or place outgoing

No, first you put the blame on the government.
When I asked if that was true, you then brought up paying bills, taxes...

Will be interesting to see if they ever explain what caused the outage and what will be done to prevent it in the future.

wireless is not without problems either, plus there may be an issue of having communications
on radio waves that can be intercepted....don't know if that's true or not, but may be
a consideration
