So what taxpayers in the city are going to pay for all these UNNECESSARY parks when they can't even get their roads plowed and emergency vehicles get stuck.  

WHO in the city is going to pay for all these parks IN the city when they pay taxes for the city to pay to keep the assessment roll up to date and the city refuses to update the assessment roll which is an absolute necessity both for fairness in tax bills AND because it is a MANDATE under state law.  The state does NOT mandate parks.

Ah, so I tell lies?   What about your statement that county taxes are the lowest since the 1970's.   Is that a truth?   How come you have not provided a shred of evidence.

Lies out dated?   The city continues to have the HIGHEST OVER-ASSESSSED houses in the whole state of NY.   Is that a lie?   Is it?   Prove it.

All this so called economic development helps the tax base?  That is a blatant LIE because the tax base in the city has fallen every year.  DV, can you prove otherwise?

The city is cutting NECESSARY services.   Is that a lie?   Prove it.

City home values are falling.   Is that a lie?   Prove it.

State law MANDATES that ALL properties in a municipality MUST be assessed at the SAME percent of market value.   Is that a lie?   Prove it.

The city's assessment roll is in violation of state law since some houses are assessed for as much as 200% of market value while others may be assessed at 50% of market value.  Is that a lie?   Prove it.

The mayor is making city taxpayers, most on low income, pay for the demolition of a building owned by a billionaire (the old DSS building owned by Galesi).   is that a lie?   Prove it.

The city fails to push all the snow back to the curb by failing to declare alternate side parking rules like other cities.  Last year emergency vehicles got stuck.  Is that a lie?   Prove it.

The city ignored Central park for the past 10 years, failed to take care of the baseball diamond, let the tennis stadium go to hell.   Is that a lie?   Prove it.

The city fails to enforce recycling and trash sorting rules.  Is that a lie?   Prove it.

The city failed to make sure that apartment buildings have insurance in effect at all times and naming the city on the policy.  Is that a lie?   Prove it (one of the buildings in the fire did NOT have insurance which means the city sat back and did NOTHING to whole the owner responsible, thus the taxpayers of the city will pay for the demolition.

The mayor consistently said he wants his department heads to live IN the city but then allows them to live outside of the city AND outside of the county (Kilcullen  good example, and Chaires before him).   Is that a lie?   Prove it.

Complaints?   I guess it is your opinion that people, taxpayers should sit back and let the government walk all over them.  While I don't live in the city I pay high taxes, I pay for the property taxes of buildings downtown owned by billionaires, and I am supposed to sit back and gladly hand over my money to the billionaires while I have expenses.  

No taxpayers should ever complain about anything right?   Schenectady has THE HIGHEST CRIME RATE in the capital region per the NYS Dept of Criminal Justice, but, people should not complain about increasing crime, never speak about it, just sit back and be happy and cheer for a mayor who allows crime to increase.   People should sit back, go without medication in order to pay taxes for property owned by billionaires.   People should just gleefully hand their money over to companies that make promises and then go belly up and cannot repay the taxpayers.  It's fine for the elected people to take the taxpayers money and give it out to their rich cronies in return for kick backs.   Corruption is acceptable and we should NEVER complain.  Hell we should demand that Silver and Skelos not go to prison, right?   People pay taxes to keep roads repaired and potholes filled, so when the city fails to use the taxpayers money to do that, and taxpayers have damage to their cars, the taxpayer should very happily spend their own money and not complain that the city won't pay the damage.   People should never complain that the city refuses to reduce their assessment.


Let's see you buy a house IN the city jump for joy at paying $8,000 a year in taxes on a typical $40,000 or less household income.  Let's see you pay high taxes like that and cheer, never complain, and demand that the city spend more money and increase your taxes some more.

Not one particular address.   Property records are searchable by name for each and every municipality in this state.  Guess you don't know how to look.

I am NOT a real estate agent, rather just an ordinary person with no background whatsoever in real estate, appraisal, or insurance, but just have intelligence.

ROFL.  What law in this country puts a restraining order on any individual to prevent them from going to websites (other than sex offenders prohibited from porn sites, using social media, etc.)   I certainly have no interest in porn sites, unlike a board member who did go to those sites (I remember an I-taste.com something with porn).  But anyone has every basic right in the world to go to websites of any city in the whole world.
