Anyone notice this Mon/Tues they are closed by 8PM.   Don't know if this is normal/new hours or due to the holiday season.    IIRC they were open later evenings with the previous owners.   Hope they make it there.

I posted the same thing a while back.   By the way, they also close at 8 all the time, not just Mon & Tuesday.

Yet most of the other places downtown are open much later.  
Aperitivo  - 10 pm
Pinhead Susans -  10 pm
Backstage Pub - midnight (and many hours later for the gin mill)
Johnny's
Mexican radio - 11 pm
Bomber's 1 a.m.
Wolf's 1 a.m.
Van Dyck  10 pm but 11 pm on Fri & Sat
Katie OByrnes  - M-W 10 pm, Th 11 pm, F & Sa midnight
VanDyck  - 10 pm, F & Sa 11 pm


All much longer than the not plex connected Morrette's.

...however....let me ask....when was the last time ANYONE went to morrettes?

we haven't been there .... we can't even remember when.

nor do we have a desire to go...not cause they have a good product or not.........we just don't go!!

if everyone is so concerned.....start going!!

When I used to work downtown, I'd go once a week for lunch. It was always busy around the lunch hour. When I go there for dinner more recently, there are not too many customers. I am not sure if that is time of day related, or new owner related.

Do they serve alcohol? I doubt they get much business after 8 or 9 anyway.
