322 State St was granted almost a 30% reduction in it's assessment value this past week, the settlement having had to be agreed to by the council since ALL THE EVIDENCE PROVES property values in the city are MASSIVELY FALLING.

Cheer Cheer, McCarthy is doing a wonderful job.  Property values falling and McCarthy REFUSES to do a citywide reassessment in order to obey the law of the state of NY and have ALL properties assessed at the SAME percentage of value.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
