yup the roads were a mess. perhaps there wasn't enough money in the 'highway budget'...yes? it would be interesting to see how much money 'the powers that be' gave to the highway dept for 2015....  btw...heard they were going to repeal (or attempt to) the brush fee. wonder what budget line the brush fee actually went in....hmmmmmm |
