Did anyone else get their opt out white square changed to traffic yellow last Friday? They made sure mine was done,

What color is next "scarlet red" or even better "Money Grabbing Green"?

they're gonna have to do better than the 'color coding'....cause rumor has it that kids are gonna go around and paint the same color randomly in front of people's homes!!!

What I found interesting is that I saw the yellow-orange like appear only within the past month.  

1. People who perhaps opted out in 2014 and were painted white but did not opt out this year 2015, would have still had the white square left over from 2014.

2. People who perhaps opted out in 2014 and were painted white, and did opt out this year 2015, had the same white square left over from 2014.  And they only got the yellow-orange within the past month.

3. People who did not opt out in 2014, but did opt out in 2015 then would not have had any square painted until the past few weeks.  

Sometimes we are going for long bike ride, other times we run in the morning or evening.  One evening run during the past week and our son thought something was in the road and happened to comment and the couple next door apparently had just recently bought their house and they said they learned what it meant on some facebook webpage, that quite some discussion about it lately, maybe someone can confirm that.

One has to wonder, three possibilities above, is the town picking up where it should not, and failing to pick up where it should?
