Guess Kilcullen couldn't take the heat of pointing out that he refuses to pay taxes IN the city and won't subject his family to that which the people who pay his lavish salary must live with.


He's leaving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He CAN move out.  He'll sell his house easily because it's not in Schenectady co.  It will most likely sell quickly and at a price higher than he paid for it.  Even if he was not changing jobs or moving to another state, he could sell easily without taking a financial loss.
