that has the capability to conspire....even short term conspiracies are like a snowball gathering more snow....
we ALL have brains that can reason and have logic.... humans can conspire through law, knowledge
and science and any other physical system in place, especially in the digital world....this isn't the salem witch hunt of old about some
invisible god and the wrongs of the women, these are actual physical laws/regulations/processes/institutions in place made by HUMANS.
