Came across this in a TU article, and I'm not sure if it's been tossed around here or not, but I'll put it out there. I really don't have much interest in these gun control threads, but I'm curious of first what are the penalties being considered should this bill passed (tried to wade through the proposed bill and fell asleep while reading it), and second how do you even enforce something like this? Anyway here it is for you guys to comment on ad nauseam. Or maybe not if you're as tired of these threads as I am.
