I tend to agree.
It really is NOT a good fit for the CITY OF SCHENECTADY....that's a no brainer.
It really will become a headache for Glenville.
Glenville will become isolated due to the 'proposed' excess traffic....(both bridges)
The land is contaminated and there will be vocal folks out there that will certainly spread the word.
It will be a HUGE expense...eg: police/fire protection. (higher taxes)
The existing plans will pull customers from the downtown area.
It will not be a good match right next to a college.

The CITY OF SCHENECTADY can't fix an existing closed bridge or maintain it's streets in summer or winter....it's a SHITHOLE!!!
