This just dawned on me.
Either it's paying less taxes thanks to the mayor exempting downtown from paying taxes and instead giving them a tax reduction via a PILOT
OR
It's paying less taxes thanks to the mayor and his cronies reducing assessments on properties that will NOT get exemptions (not pay PILOTS).
So many downtown properties get HUGE MASSIVE tax reductions via tax exemptions, i.e., paying PILOTs.
OR
The taxable properties downtown get HUGE MASSIVE assessment reductions, EVIDENCED by Madison Handbags.
Madison did not get exempt from paying taxes, but without having to put in a grievance, the mayor and his equally corrupt cronies reduced the assessment of that place thus giving the owner a HUGE REDUCTION on taxes.
CHEER CHEER RAH RAH. The corrupt leaders help their cronies and the homeowners in the city get stuck with the bill--the EVIDENCE has proven this to be the absolute TRUTH and cheerleaders cannot put for a teeny shred of evidence to contradict that, so they remain cowards and don't respond (unless it's babble without speaking directly about the evidence0)
