I think I have this problem, at least after reviewing the list of symptoms mentioned on the commercial. I might need to get the drugs being push by the drug companies.

you have chest pain with a heart attack, get drugs to alleviate the pain by stopping the heart attack but depending on the underlying cause of the heart attack you get an intervention that may or may not prevent future chest pain from preventing future heart attacks....
