I was told the time to OPT OUT OF THE YARD WASTE TAX was in January when we received our tax statements.  I don't see anything listed
here on how to opt out.  Does anyone know how?  I'd rather not call the town since they were rude to me last year when I was too late to opt
out then.  

I didn't use my waste privilege once last year but I did invite my neighbors to use my front yard.  When are they coming out to pick up the
Christmas trees I see scattered about?
