Baiting?  It's your own words.

Back on topic.  The mayor of Amsterdam openly advocated a private company recruiting a specific race.

Very selective on what words you actual grasp when reading...leaves lots of gaps
and explains your reading comprehension issue.

So on topic...please provide link to support your claim that Mayor of Amsterdam
advocated a private company recruit a specific race.  Seems pretty interesting if true.

JUST BECAUSE SISSY SAYS SO DOESN'T MAKE IT SO...BUT HE THINKS IT DOES!!!!!

The company is looking forward to work with the Hispanic population.  Not the White, Asian, or African American.  It's unfortunate that they only look forward to working with Hispanics.  You would hope everybody is equal.
Quoted Text
Thane said officials at Rush Street plan to travel to Amsterdam and encourage residents to apply for jobs. The company is also looking to work with the city’s Hispanic population to hire people for bilingual positions and partner with Workforce Solutions in the Amsterdam Riverfront Center, she said.

Check Title VII on recruiting based on race.  Imagine seeing a job posing in the paper that says "Person of Caucasian Background Preferred".  How fast would Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton be outside your company's door?

What employment actions are prohibited by Title VII?

Title VII prohibits race and color discrimination in every aspect of employment, including recruitment, hiring, promotion, wages, benefits, work assignments, performance evaluations, training, transfer, leave, discipline, layoffs, discharge, and any other term, condition, or privilege of employment. Title VII prohibits not only intentional discrimination, but also practices that appear to be neutral, but that limit employment opportunities for some racial groups and are not based on business need.

There are more work oportunities for anyone speaking more than one language.  Most big cities are always looking for SPANISH SPEAKING  cops, dental assistants, medical assistants, paramedics.  not just landscapers for your brothers condo in florida

Yes, I agree...Spanish Speaking....That's much different than Hispanic.  If a company is looking for English Speaking, do they look specifically for Caucasions?

Not all Hispanics speaks Spanish.  In case you didn't know.  Oh...And non Hispanics DO speak Spanish.  Not all Hispanic landscapers(as you say) speak spanish.  Nice stereotype though.  Maybe you should run for Mayor of Amersterdam.  You seem to hold the same racial stereotype beliefs.

Most if not all new casinos are non- smoking

not only the customers - but the employees cant smoke either -are are subject to random nicotine test.

I don't get it?  We are talking about a mayor that advocated discriminatory hiring practices.  What does smoking have to do with it?  I don't agree with controlling peoples personal habits either, but I don't know what that has to do with a mayor suggesting that a private company narrow it's applicant pool to a specific race of people.

Blow the whistle?  No crime was committed.  It was a mayor publicly advocating that a private company hire based on race.  Hopefully Rush is smarter than the idiot mayor championing the breaking of a federal law.  I can only hope mayor idiot misrepresented Rush's hiring practices.
