The company is looking forward to work with the Hispanic population. Not the White, Asian, or African American. It's unfortunate that they only look forward to working with Hispanics. You would hope everybody is equal.

Check Title VII on recruiting based on race. Imagine seeing a job posing in the paper that says "Person of Caucasian Background Preferred". How fast would Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton be outside your company's door?

There are more work oportunities for anyone speaking more than one language. Most big cities are always looking for SPANISH SPEAKING cops, dental assistants,medical assistants, paramedics. not just landscapers for your brothers condo in florida

I don't get it? We are talking about a mayor that advocated discriminatory hiring practices. What does smoking have to do with it? I don't agree with controlling peoples personal habits either, but I don't know what that has to do with a mayor suggesting that a private company narrow it's applicant pool to a specific race of people. |

Blow the whistle? No crime was committed. It was a mayor publicly advocating that a private company hire based on race. Hopefully Rush is smarter than the idiot mayor championing the breaking of a federal law. I can only hope mayor idiot misrepresented Rush's hiring practices. |
