Has anyone noticed the activity next door to the Union Inn by the new apartments?   Since the foreclosure of the Inn it appears like the cause of the Inns cellar leak is being tended to?  Odd, it's taking place after the owner lost the Inn.   Been working on it now for about 3 weeks.   According to the Gazette article the leak contributed to the owner losing the business, along with the Maddalone Co. not paying for the damages caused by the water runoff from the apartment bldg.   IIRC their ins. co. instructed them to pay for the damages as the ins. co. deemed it was in fact water runoff from the apt. bldg. that was causing the Union Inn cellar water damage.   If any info. contained herein is in error please denote the proper corrections.
