On May 31, 2012 - Paul Tonko voted AGAINST H.R.3541: Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act (PRENDA) of 2012 which would have banned Sex Selection Abortion.  Thus, our congressman joined his fellow, extremist liberal, NARAL funded members of Congress in allowing our nation to continue the human right atrocity of unrestricted abortion.
Opposition to PRENDA should be a warning signal to ALL women,  Most sex selection abortions are carried out to end the life of a female human baby in the mother's womb.
Remember to vote for candidates who will stand up for human and civil rights of our nation's most vulnerable human citizens.
Vote for Jim Fischer for Congress on November 4.

Well, I was going to vote for Jim, because he's been a friend of mine for years, but your extremism is kinda talking me out of it.

Over 65% of all Americans are pro-choice.

You want a minority belief to be used as a weapon against those who do not share your beliefs.

You are most definitely NOT a supporter of liberty if you are pro-choice.

That you - by your own admission - easily led by the nose based on a supposed public opinion poll doesn't say much for your judgement.  Personal Liberty and the Right to Life should not be revocable by a public opinion poll nor by a law passed by the government nor by a decision of a judicial body nor because a left-wing extremist candidate gets a boat load of $$ from special interest groups.

A May 2014 Gallup says U.S. Still Split on Abortion: 47% Pro-Choice, 46% Pro-Life and several national polls show that American support a ban on later term abortion 2 to 1.

From DVOR's quoted Gallup Poll:

A Whopping 78% say that abortion should be legal, or legal
under certain circumstances!!!
Only 21% say abortion should be illegal.

Personal liberty has no place coming from the hand of the government.

You want a government that decides what is best for all persons.

That is by definition not personal liberty.

You think that because in your own mind that you are right, that it somehow gives you rights over other people's choices.

Pro-choice, personal freedom and personal responsibility are things to be judged by God.

You are not a God.

Invoking the laws of God is a sin.

You are not allowed to judge the world for God.

... and by a 2 to 1 margin they said that late term abortions should be banned -- Cecilia Tkaczyk wants late term abortion  (you know where they rip apart the baby's body in the womb and then suck it out piece by piece) to be enshrined as a right in New York State.
Many "pro-choice" people disagree with Tkaczyk.

Furthermore-- Tkaczyk is holding the rest of the Equality for Women Act hostage to her insistence on having unlimited abortion on demand.  If she really gave a damn about women's right, she let the other 9 parts of the bill be passed into law.  Unfortunately, she is an extremist, NARAL funded advocate for the Pro-Death position just like her mentor who serves in the House of Representatives.

Exactly -- and Paul Tonko apparently thinks that abortion for sex selection is a good thing.  Interestingly, international human rights organizations consider abortion for sex selection to be a human rights violation.  Furthermore, the vast majority of these abortions involve the killing of female babies in the mother's womb --- so -- evidently Paul Tonko really doesn't believe in the most important right for women ----- the right to life.

Once again, you only have the right to your own life.

You don't have the right to control other people's beliefs.

Abortion is the law of the land.

It is not unconstitutional.

You are seeking to enact unconstitutional laws to implement your extremist agenda.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for the babies in their mother's womb, and I did not speak out --
Then they came for the elderly, the disabled, etc

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Unfortunately, you are like so many living in Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia and choosing to ignore the plight of others.   Extremists (like Tonko and Tkacyzk on abortion) are able to sell "The Big Lie" precisely because of the apathy of folks like you or the fear of others to get involved.  I refuse to be apathetic and, quite honestly, there is absolutely nothing that Tonko and Tkaczyk can do to keep me silent on this issue.  Their views on abortion amount to supporting the worst form of child abuse, the most egregious form of human right abuse and pose a threat to the very foundation of God-given and our Constitutionally protected freedoms.

Tkaczyk and many others who share her extremist views will be defeated in 2014.  The rest will be on our list to defeat in 2016 and beyond.  Like the War on Terrorism, the Pro-Life Campaign may take years to achieve victory -- but ultimately it will achieve victory.

When Science finds the "gay gene" and can determine it inside the womb, I'm interested to see how many 100% pro-choicers start thinking about exclusions...
