national healthcare demands that one stay home and receive assistance.....THAT will be the new norm.....it's not a 'sky
is falling', it's a fact...the fact being is that it is insidious to age....you don't wake up one day and say "today is the day
my knees don't work so I need help".....the future is coming the future is coming......see the difference there?

You have the ability to turn every issue into an excuse for your "everything is horrible" twisted illogical stream of blather.
Of course, people eventually grow old.  Everyone will die someday, too.  So based on your way of thinking, we shouldn't bother to have maternity wards because who needs babies -- babies will grow up and eventually die.

This project - the old YMCA - is just further evidence that the Lower State Street and Erie Blvd. corridors are poised for new development and redevelopment.  The RENAISSANCE of the City-County of Schenectady continues.

And:
-  yet ANOTHER reduction of the city's tax base
-  higher taxes
-  more long time taxpaying businesses going out of business
-  more house put up for sale
-  more houses foreclosed upon by the city

Care to address the FACT that the more projects that get done in downtown, the more the city's tax base FALLS?    No comment on that, huh?

Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Just further EVIDENCE of:
-  yet ANOTHER reduction of the city's tax base
-  yet ANOTYHER increase in taxes
-  more long time taxpaying businesses will be going out of business
-  more people fleeing the city
-  more houses to be put up for sale
-  more houses that will sit, unsold
-  more drop in home sale prices
-  more houses to be foreclosed upon by the city
-  more houses that will be abandoned
-  more blight to come
-  more reduction in essential and necessary city services to the residents in their neighborhoods where they live

Care to address the FACT that the more projects that get done in downtown, the more the city's tax base FALLS?    No comment on that, huh?   That's right, no comment---because he is wrong, it's really embarrassing admit that downtown is causing a massive failure in the city's tax base so it's easier not to address that FACT at all, just pretend we are on ignore pretend he hasn't read the challenge that he provide evidence of the city's tax base improving.

I finally saw it twice, at least I think it's the one you are talking about Benny.

Pausing it, no, it can't be DV, the guy in the ad has a neck and less gut
