Schenectady man fattaly struck by train .By Spotlight Staff First Posted: Friday, October 3, 2014 -12:35 p.m. .Sign in to favorite this Discuss Comment, Blog about Share this Email, Facebook, Twitter . #GUILDERLAND — A Schenectady man was killed after a train hit him Thursday night, Oct. 2, which police believe to be an apparent suicide. #Guilderland police responded to the railroad grade crossing on County Line Road after a representative from CSX reported a train had struck someone. Police discovered Christopher Weston, 39, was hit by the train traveling eastbound from Buffalo. Weston was pronounced dead at the scene. #Train traffic was halted during the investigation.
