Nah, probably you puked after stuffing the stomach and then the belt squeezed too much.

Or, in that neighborhood you spilled some protein watching the hookers go by

By the way, what's your comments on yet ANOTHER DEM IMPOSED tax increase????

I am pretty sure that I was speaking ...---- TAXES CAN NOT GO UP MORE THAN 2%.

is it that you just can't get it or just refuse to get it ?

2% huh?   Then care to explain from the propose 2015 budget:

Tax Levy increase of 3.02% resulting in a Tax Rate increase of 2.91%

Yeah, you THINK you know about taxes but all your comments about taxes prove you know nothing.  After how many years and you STILL have not provided one itsy bitsy teeny weeny shred of EVIDENCE of YOUR claim that the dems have lowered taxes to less than what they were in the 1970's!    We ALL know that 30 years from now (if your waistline allows for you to still be alive) you will STILL be making that statement and STILL will not provide a shred of evidence.

Channel 10 said something about an unknown liquid from a truck that went down the street.

Very vague explanation.

I'm speechless. Heating oil in garbage cans. LOL

Heating oil spills on Schenectady street
Wednesday, October 1, 2014
By Steven Cook (Contact)
Gazette Reporter

SCHENECTADY — A man transporting as much as 100 gallons of home heating oil by pickup truck in bag-lined garbage cans spilled much of that cargo onto Brandywine Avenue Wednesday evening, authorities said.

The driver was eventually stopped several blocks away. The two garbage cans were still in the back of his truck and residual oil was still leaking.

The smell of oil in both areas was strong Wednesday evening.

Brandywine at Duane Avenue was shut down for several hours as oil covered the intersection.

The incident appeared to begin after the truck was rear-ended, Assistant Fire Chief Michael Gillespie said.

The truck kept going and finally was stopped by police at Strong at Craig streets. It was unclear why the driver kept going. There did not appear to be damage to the truck from an accident, though.

“It may not have been much of anything, but the way they were unsecured, it probably wouldn’t have taken much at all to tip them over,” Gillespie said.

He noted the cargo would have been top-heavy.

“Just when you think you’ve seen it all, right?” Gillespie said.

The Fire Department worked for several hours cleaning the spill. They first used a special kind of powder and then a street sweeper.

In the meantime, traffic from the busy street had to find its way on side streets.

The oil didn’t go into any catch basins, Gillespie said.

Nearby resident Bridgett Price said the inside of her house smelled of oil. “It’s like a terrible, pungent oil or gas smell,” she said.

The state Department of Environmental Conservation also responded to the spill. It’s not known if the driver was ticketed.

It makes you wonder who sold the heating oil to this man and pumped/put it in the garbage cans.

I'd be more likely to believe that:

a.) He emptied someone's old tank.

or

b.) Stole it.

He also could have been attempting to eliminated the delivery charge, again who allowed him to fill it up? And if pressed he most likely has been doing this for years without incident. Sounds like the accident caused the leak and I am sure he left because he knew it was not legal to transport like this. Hell, NYS DOT has limits on the amount of gas your allowed to transport in your car too, but we have all put multiple cans in our trunk at one time or another, especially if you are buying ethanol free gas for small engines.
