Five months now (minus 4 days), no minutes posted, the taxpayers of the city have paid taxes for the minutes and this id EVIDENCE the homeowners in the city are NOT getting the services that they paid for But the millionaire political cronies of the city are getting their lavish buildings and don't have to pay taxes.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
