Cissy's comment was referring to other post of mine (video).

it seems that you take war personally when in fact war is a geopolitical machine and you're a cog in it...simple

p.s. it's by choice...

war is the diagnosis but the soldier is not the disease

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

I don't need one....you did all the work for me....but really, no one is personally bashing soldiers, just the system that
sells it to humans....

Nope...just holding them accountable.  I believe it was Jesus who said to the soldiers that crucified Him, "Father, forgive them: for they know not what they do."  It was still a sin.  Jesus didn't care the soldiers were loyally serving the emperor.

Cicero quoting the bible???

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Cicero quoting the bible???

And your point???

"In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot."

the best part was "......they know not what they do."

I believe his philosophy.

He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

My modern day interpretation - he who sins write the first law punishing your own sin.  The law books would be empty in modern America.

Back on topic.  How does everybody feel about obliterating an entire society like Iran?  For any "Christian conservatives" reading along...Is obliterating a society the Christian response to a society that does not aggress against you, but aggresses against a different society thousands of miles away?

You really shouldn't make false unfounded claims about
what someone might "beg to differ". It makes you look stupid more stupid!
