Ah, such an intelligent contribution.
Do you stay up all night thinking up these useless witty retorts?

Are you stalking me? Seems like you are always there with nothing
to say and only a stupid comment on threads I post on....CYBER STALKER????

Really? My comment doesn't reflect your acceptance of the offered choices?

I'm leaning towards Cicero's side on this matter.

A government elected by a minority can be seen as not being legitimate, but merely in control of every aspect in your life, right down to the choice of which one gets to be your master.

And your solution is to obey and accept.

That's representative of the actions of a neutered person.

Really???  I'm not sure, but it seems that your comments and logic

are indicative of a person that had a frontal lobotomy or destroyed too many

brain cells over the years!  Neutered person????? Really????

Obey and accept...really??? You really stretch things, just like Cissy Wah-Wah!

He must be your hero.  You want to think those things, please feel free.

You should follow Cissy's path and not vote, because you obviously lack the

the genes that allow for rational and logical intelligent decisions.

To use Cissy's analogy...
Cissy will still be paying for the meal but WE... the voting public, will be choosing his entree,
setting the price of that meal, and deciding how it will be cooked.

Please Cicero and like minded Right Wingers... Boycott Voting!!!  It's your civic duty!

however according to you the way the government does this via the food pyramid and school lunches is OK?

and that's only one example......you like your cult government and must be a deacon...

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

Obviously too much work for a "ME" person like you!!!!
You prefer to moan and groan and b**ch on a forum and just whine away
but never do anything about it!  As I've said repeatedly, you must enjoy being a miserable person!

Coming from the guy that gets a property tax reduction for being part of a special club.  Talk about ME-ME-ME.  As long as you get yours, you don't moan, groan, or b**ch.  The only reason you and anybody else votes is to use government for their self interests.

Let me address your self-centered whining:

(1) Any exemption I get is a result of something I have done and afforded to me.
In your case, you want all the same things everyone else gets but without having
to do anything for them...AKA WIIFM!

(2) The reason I vote is because it is my right and of all individuals and I choose to exercise that right
because I believe in the process. Self interest in voting is putting your voice behind a ballot
to make a choice.  It doesn't mean you get to "win" and have your interest implemented, because
there are others that may have differing opinions and they may be the majority. In your case if you can't win
then you don't want to play...AKA WIFFM!  If I did not exercise my right, then it would be hypocritical
of me to sit behind a computer screen and b**ch about something I had no part in...AKA CISSY WAH-WAH!

Now I don't expect you to understand anything I've tried to explain, because it simply does not fit
your feeble mentality and thought process...in other words, YOUR WAY OR NO WAY, aka WIIFM!

PS - Just for clarification, I get 2 reductions on property taxes; have preferred parking at Home Depot if I choose;
Veterans discount at Lowes and other stores if I choose; VA Hospital benefits, if I choose; VA Home Loan if I
choose; Education Assistance if I choose,; etc., and you have no clue if I take advantage of any of them
because IT IS MY CHOICE TO ACCEPT OR NOT ANY BENEFITS THAT ARE OFFERED TO ME AS A RESULT OF
SOMETHING I HAVE ACHIEVED...unlike you that expects/feels entitled to the same things as others but without
lifting a finger to earn those rights...AKA WIIFM, aka ME ME ME!!!

OOPS...would like to hang around but just got word and need to hit the road....
NY STATE FAIR in Syracuse, Free admission for Veterans today!!!  Gotta run!!!!!

In a truly free society voting shouldn't matter if we had a live in let live mentality, although that is not the case because 1 we do not have a free society, 2 because we have those who wish to control others by force. So for box and Joe what option do those who wish to be left alone have when their choices are between 2 options that go against what they want. If both candidates offer no differences how is our voices heard, it isn't.

Vote for one of the other candidates (there are more than just the DEMS and REPS) or do some research
and write in the name of a potential representative that would best mirror your views.
Enough people do that, then you might be surprised on the movement going forward.
Doesn't change overnight, but at least there's a possibility of future change. Don't vote and none
of that is possible. If nothing else you can feel good that you exercised your right and voted against the
establishment...isn't that something of value to you?

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!  Special exemptions for "Something you achieved".  That's priceless!  Being deployed by the USG to kill people in a country that was no threat America is now an achievement.  Can we lower the achievement bar any further?

I don't feel entitled to anything.  If I did, I'd vote for my self interest.  You don't get it?  You think your "achievements"(laughing uncontrollably) entitle you to special treatment.  You've made up your own criteria for "achievement" to justify your entitlement.  That's incredible.  It just shows the level cognitive dissonance joey suffers from.  He actually believe "achievements" earn you special "rights" at everybody else's expense. WOW!

You mean vote for the people who don't get media coverage or don't get time in the national debates, well yeah I did that but lets be honest you know damn well the system wouldn't allow them to win. I watched elected delegates get booted because the system didn't like who they backed, let me repeat that ELECTED delegates. I watched voter tampering and plain as day fraud during the primaries, even with damning video evidence and a paper trail nobody did a damn thing. Sorry if I don't feel good about this so called right because I seen first hand what a sham it is.

You mean you didn't think it was fair that elected delegates were removed from the political process in the Land of the Free?  You think that means the time and effort involved in the political process amounted to nothing?  No-no-no!  It just means you didn't vote hard enough.  Try harder this year!

Aww Cissy, is that the best you have?
"cognitive dissonance "...now that one made me laugh hysterically...
"...earn you special "rights" at everybody else's expense"...really?  Guess reading comprehension
is still an issue for you.  Said they are offered...didn't say they were earned...that's
your take on it, not mine. Also, note, you missed "if I choose" and also
" you have no clue if I take advantage of any of them"...you like to pick and choose
then attack on bits and pieces without the whole picture....just like all of your opinions. All
based on a microscopic bit of information between your ears and never the entire picture.
Kinda of explains why you are the angry do nothing person you are.
Cissy's world; Cissy's game; Cissy's ball...no other way!!!

The last election was it for me, I always had the feeling it was a sham but seeing it as open as it was during the last election just proved my suspicions.

I think much of that problem happens when an outsider runs in a mainstream party.  Had lets say... Ron
Paul ran as a Libertarian, and won the Libertarian party endorsement, he would have been accepted much
more then if he ran as a Dem or a Rep.
Today's TeaBaggers are running as Republicans and are rejected by many mainstream Party leaders.
Similarly some like Ralph Nader were rejected by Party Dems since he didn't represent the mainstream
of that party.

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

Joey, I quoted the words you wrote.  You should work on your writing composition if you want me to work on my reading comprehension.  You said in your own word "IT IS MY CHOICE TO ACCEPT OR NOT ANY BENEFITS THAT ARE OFFERED(offered by whom?) TO ME AS A RESULT OF SOMETHING I ACHIEVED.  Then...You go on to say..."unlike you that expects/feels entitled to the same things as other without lifting a finger to earn those RIGHTS".
Joey, your cognitive dissonance is causing you to forget everything you've written, and turn it around to make it look like I'm interpreting your words to mean something you never wrote.  You stated IN YOUR OWN WORDS that you have many "benefits" that you can choose or not choose to use, and it's because of something you've achieved, and that I have not lifted a finger to EARN(yes, your word, not mine) those "rights"(yes, again your word)

So which is it Joey?  Do you have "earned rights" or government "benefits".  See, I believe that "rights" are inherent, and you do not earn them, you are born with them.  You on the other hand believe you have special rights, that others cannot have those rights, because they haven't "achieved" what you achieved.

Yes, that is the America you fought for.  The America that gives "rights" based on some sort of select "achievements" decided on by the government.

Quoted from joebxr

And again my point, outsider parties are not allowed in the debates and are dismissed by the media which leads to a 2 party system and a 2 person choice. Even when a person say Ron Paul who not only preaches but actually acted on so called republican values of smaller government, lower taxes is crushed because he offers more then the status quo. The status quo is what is wanted by the 2 party system and they really don't care if Hillary or Bush is elected, either way they won once again.
