Haven't read that, but I will pay more attention. I probably don't read all the posts only the ones that concern me that those two comment on, which is primarily the city of schenectady/metroplex. In those, I guess I just don't see it...I will admit that I'm more on MC1's side on those topics because I drive through the city everyday and see what the lack of investment is doing to the neighborhoods....the only investment I see going on is to benefit the non-resident patrons and business owners (not paying their fair share of taxes, unlike the residents) and if SOME residents closeby get a benefit, it's just residual.

Bullying is made up. Especially the cyber bullying of anonymous people. Bullying(harassment) needs to be addressed by emotionally preparing those that are bullied(harassed).
Bullying was resolved generations ago. "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me".
Just think of all the "bullying" in schools years ago, when report cards were almost hung up in school classrooms for all to see. How about book reports hung on a board in the classroom for parent night including the ones that got an "F." So kids got laughed at. Today most all are productive citizens, independent and self supporting.
Heck it's even got pushed to the ground on the playground and got a scraped knee. Unless someone's head was split open it was no big deal.

Claim that the president of governor or a mayor LIES, make fun of them in blogs, is that bullying? Since when is challenging someone to provide proof of what they say considered bullying? Guess requesting evidence is only allowed in a courtroom, but asking for evidence outside of a courtroom is considered bullying
Is it proper for a government official to claim that others are terrorists because they (the taxpayers) make statements of the mis-use of tax dollars?
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

I compare the "bullying" claimed on this board to the prototypical 90lb weakling walking in to a gym in a strip mall. The muscleheads might make fun of the "weakling", but the weakling is free to find another gym. As long as the "bullying" ends at the gym or does not get physical, the "bullying" is not that under the law.
