City attorney to quit gazette reports.

He bought his house on Guildeland Ave in 2000 for 99,000.   Today, 15 years later UNDER 10 YEARS OF CRAPPY DEM LEADERSHIP, his house has a market value of just a mere $107,000.  Oh, but wait, back in 2010 it was worth $168,000. It has fallen in value by $60,000 in just the past four years of DEM leadership!!!!!!!

CITY/CO/PLEX DEMS CAUSE MASSIVE REDUCTION TO HOME VALLUES IN THE CITY.

But the BIG cheerleaders cheerleader for the wild uncontrolled spending of taxpayers money on downtown ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to engage in discussion on these FACTS

Interesting piece of info.   Looks like favoritism by the political cronies on the board of assessment.    How come HE gets a huge reduction in his assessment.   But the average homeowners get refused?     Unless this is corruption between McThief, Polster, and Mary Mary

2013 Assessment = $167,100

2014 Assessment = $132,800

Maybe quitting so he can get the heck out of the city and the high taxes, and leave before his house value falls lower than it was 15 years ago when he bought it?

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
