Just when you thought the City couldn't get worse. Imagine walking your dog on Dean Street {yeah Upper Union St not Ham Hill}and 2 pits attack killing him. Dogs impounded and the idiot owners steal them back. "They are good dogs"? Pit bull attacks on other dogs/people are clogging the City Court docket. When is the City finally going to get tough on these owners? When are we going to see 24/7 City animal control? Instead we get a license crackdown for more revenue enhancement. More evidence of the worsening quality of life in every neighborhood in the City. Bring on the new curbing.
again, unfortunately society thinks dogs are on the same plain as humans.....owners themselves would put down their own dogs. today, people spend THOUSANDS of dollars on their dogs then complain about their health insurance premiums... they even send their dogs to therapy like we send our kids to public schools to get diagnosed with add/adhd and then drug them for not fitting in the cog machine.....
we need to change our tune about animals.....
...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......
The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
STOP BEING GOOD DEMOCRATS---STOP BEING GOOD REPUBLICANS--START BEING GOOD AMERICANS

I love animals. They're quite tasty when grilled, roasted, baked or broiled.
"I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by madness, starving hysterical naked, dragging themselves through the negro streets at dawn looking for an angry fix,"
