After the past 10 years of so called "economic development" have resulted in the FACT that sales tax revenue in the whole county has fallen, and the FACT that the past 10 years so called "economic development" has caused MASSIVE REDUCTION of the city's tax base -- a FACT about which you REFUSE to EVER carry on a discussion, and now more taxpayer funded projects and you are looking at the situation---for what?
Since 10 years of so called "economic development" has resulted in the following FACTS, it is obviously that three more taxpayer funded projects and property tax exemptions will cause more blight.
Open your eyes, this is what 10 years of so called "economic development" has already done to the northside, the same blight seen throughout the whole city.
While the city/county/plex DEMS STOLE money from the financially struggling homeowners to build lavish sidewalks for the downtonwn millionaires, this is what the homeowners can't afford to repair
Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent. Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
