Oh hurry, better cite the homeowners because a wee little bit of lawn in excess of two inches high, oh my, that is just terrible, the city can't have that!
No wait, look closely at the grassy area between the curb and sidewalk, oh for shame, it has some weeds in it, it's not a lush Peter Bowden type of lawn, Oh for shame on the financially struggling homeowner who are broke  And while mayor McThief and his predecessor mayor full of BS were STEALING from homeowners by running them down over stupid crap such as house numbers the wrong size (thanks to dem dictators), and other wee little bits of peeling paint, and while the dems were STEALING from the homeowners to give handouts to their rich cronies and making pretty buildlings downtown, look what the city leadership ignored for years and years.
