If you are walking over the bridge, best to walk in a single file.

If you have small children keep them on your right

If you have two young children, don't even bother walking the bridge unless you have two right arms.

Most drivers hit 45-50 mph on that bridge as if the speed limit somehow changed in that little section, I must admit I'm guilty of it myself just to stay with the flow of traffic. But you're absolutely right that bridge is going to see a fatality someday and I'm guessing it will be a pedestrian walking on the sidewalk with no guardrails.

Well of course, tax money must never be used for pedestrian safety, remember, the gold ceiling at Proctors is an absolute necessity, the world could not survive without it.
