After running into a former co-worker who's son graduates next weekend, the mayor McC is holding one of his gala open houses next weekend in the midst of graduations and graduation parties.

Lack of parties along the tour route will probably be indicative of lack of graduating students in the city.  Is the lack of celebrating graduations within the city McC's logic to having an open house next weekend.

He said earlier this year that the homes program was going to be "tweaked.  Wonder what was the tweak.

Must say, I counted up all the houses that were on the tour, just shy of 60.  And only 14 sold.  Just a tad over 25% of the houses sold.  Obviously poor result.  The ones that did sell, about 60% of them took almost a year or two to sell.

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.
