I'm sure the dogs who do not have rabies vaccinations because they are used for the wrong reasons, of course, those owners won't bring their dogs. They are the ones that are not licensed and I'll bet the city will verify that dogs are licensed.
Ah yes, the city is desperate for some money, quick cash from new dog licenses might help, but it won't be enough to fund a reassessment, won't be enough to fund the paving of streets. Probably won't be enough to fund the taking of inventory.
But gee, if the city doesn't know what is in it's inventory, can we be assured that the city will give us the correct death certificate of a parent for instance?
