To high paid department heads that have FLED THE CITY and the mayor who REFUSES to make them pay city taxes and where applicable send their children to city schools.

Gee, a relative new fire chief at that!

The top k-9 boss, way far away in classy Saratoga with much much lower taxes

Development in the city, overseeing all those CDBG monies while avoiding the tax burden and craop, lives in Guilderland

Don't get your signals crossed in Albany

Wow, bought the house for half million, it's gained about $200,000 in value since then.  Financially struggling homeowners in Schenectady city, and to some extent in the county are paying the taxes on all those properties downtown which allows his employer to bestow a generous salary on him, but he has a brain, he stays far far way from living in the Schenectady ghost town that he is helping create.  He's not going to pay taxes in Schenectady city or county.  He lives in fancy schmancy Altamont

And WHY should the financially struggling homeowners in the city pay for his building to be demolished?   Maybe the cheerleader for spending taxpayer money on downtown can explain why someone so filthy rich should no9t have to pay out of his own pocket for a the demolition of a building he owns.  Why should homeowners in the city, struggling financially UNDER CRUSHING TAX BURDENS, who can't afford to make repairs that the city orders them to do, but the city forces them to pay to have a building demolished, pay the taxes of all the downtown properties, of the guy who owns this palace!!!   And this is only ONE of his homes!!!!!!

And here is the same guy's posh NYC residence

WELL....that's just FUGGLY......

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

The homeowners in the city, how do they live?

How do the homeowners live, paying the taxes for lavish salaries for department heads that the dem leadership REFUSES to make these heads live like the people who pay them

It is very well noted that the person who posts on these boards cheering for spending on downtown, cheering for taking the money of the financially struggling homeowners in the city, and cheering for McC leadership is NOT responding to this thread.
