Gee, McC's over paid employees couldn't update the city website on the gala bus tour in several months.

But McC had the financially struggling homeowners pay fort the ad in the paper today.

But check these out:

1065 Avon.  You have to check out the pink, yes pink dining room.  Talk about outdated lighting.  And really, check out the pink formica countertops.  The refrigerator is not stainless and McC's girlfriend is hiding the full picture of the kitchen, wonder why.    Really $15,000 in taxses and they are asking $314,000 for it, and the new owners will have to do massive remodling/
ROFL

The Gibson St house,  kitchen needs to be totally gutted, those cabinets are beyond help.  And WHO sells a house with a mis matched appliances?

Gifford Rd, you just have to love the ancient paneled rooms and the totally outdated kitchen.

The two houses on Northend Dr.  They were build in 2008 and six years later NO ONE has wanted to move into the city to live in them???????    Shall we say GHOST TOWN.

The Starling Ave house, the onwers bought in in 1994, yes TWENTY YEARS AGO, for $80,000 and they are asking just $99,000.  Leave the city and houses will have doubled in price in 20 years!   Bet they will take a loss after 20 years.
The owners have already fled the city.  The house is EMPTY.   Shall we keep saying GHOST TOWN in the city??????

The Woodlawn Ave house, better stock up on paint.

The Baker Ave house, this is funny.  Ad says "family wanted."     Look at the ad in the paper, there is one house with a picture, no MLS # and no address.  Gee, does the realtor REALLY want to sell it?  Some people, however, have the smarts to identify the address.  It's funny, it says "walking distance' to Central Park school.  It's just over one and half miles.  Some of us could do the walk, however woiuld you allow your child to walk through Central park these days, that park that the homeowners pay for but the city ignores it?

Wonder how many offers were made

ROFLMAO

By the way, watching on King Phillips channel today, they had in the background some additional homes, not part of the taxpayer funded ad in the paper.

Rest assured, I jotted them down and I will amend the list.

Oh wow, I can't wait to get into amending that list.

Just looked at one house, been for sale for two years, I can't ell you how many price drops, but here comes putting it on the gala bus tour and they increae the asking price   ROFL

These real estate agents involved in these open houses have to have heir head examined.  The owners bought the house and put it up for after only 6 yeas and the asking price is below what they bought the house for

The results of the dem leadership in the city    ROFLMAO!!!!!!!        PROOF THE DEMS ARE RUNING THE CITY

Will get the amended list tomorrow
