What it was (just made a call) was $45,000 used for a teacher and para and equipment to put a show on Ch. 16 or 17.

So the positions were eliminated and the equipment at the high school is broken down.

I thought Proctors aka P. Morris was a non profit for education and the arts, why in the hell is Proctors not involved in this???????'

The lady I talked to said they are trying to get community support.

Proctors is ALL about high priced shows and expensive weddings and to hell with the taxpayers or students at the schools who they CLAIM to help.
