What's the latest with the empty armory which had no bidders at first auction? A real sign of renaissance-no? Sad to hear of yet another longtime Downtown fixture closing because of the horrible business climate and confiscatory DEM taxes. Same story over and over. Businesses were all against this idiotic Erie 'project" which is a business/job killer. The over one million in City taxes dumped here could be used to repave Erie around Nott and too many City streets to name. It certainly did not help Morette's.
